What did Eve do?
Nothing really, just her job. Eve Polastri (Sandra Oh) is a security services operative unsatisfied by her desk job. She seeks thrill, but most importantly she is fascinated by female assassins and wants to get inside their heads, she wants to seek them, to play spy.
Who wants to kill her?
No one really, just a certain assassin. Maybe. Villanelle (Jodie Comer) is a high profile, talented assassin, very good at her job. She gets the job done, although most of the time unconventionally, and enjoys the luxuries a job well done give to her. She likes gifting too.
What is going on there?
These two absolutely brilliant women collide and start an exciting cat and mouse chase. Their mutual obsession cause them to do crazy things and engage in a wild spy-assassin relationship, all while they try to have their best interests in mind.
Killing Eve is one of my absolute favourite TV shows. I do not watch a lot of TV shows, I don't really have the patience to look them up and then wait for a new episode. Often, if it takes too long until a new season, I completely forget about it. This isn't the case with Killing Eve, though, I was looking forward for a new season, and as I already mentioned, I recently re-watched the first two seasons. It took me a bit over a day to complete it.
Each season has eight episodes and each episode is about forty minutes long, so there's plenty of things happening.
Killing Eve is an intense TV show, it really keeps you on the edge of your chair. If you didn't watch it yet, I highly recommend it. If you like thrillers, some twisted characters, or you just like the sweet, sweet lesbian vibe, go watch it. But even if those things don't attract you that much, watch it anyway, better be prepared when the new season drops in. (*￣▽￣)d
